HaulHaus, GmbH / HAULHAUS

HaulHaus’ roots go back to the banks of the Rhine River in Cologne, Germany, 2018. Here, the Manalishi land development corp. was established. 930 years later, HaulHaus would becames an eventual a spin-off of that developer.

29.10.09: Upon finally receiving word that the vanduul had conducted a surprise attack on the planet Aremis, it became apparent that a corporation totally focused on relief and rebuilding efforts would be very profitable, very quickly.

Manalishi quickly started a small hauling operation. In no time, the small operation became a medium sized fleet of cargo and medivac craft. As rebuilding efforts continued so did the foreseeable profits. Manalishi spun this division off rather quickly as Servotran Shipping, GmbH by the end of 2945. It was done with the expectation that most of the profits would come from the hauling of building materials from Terra to Aremis, Vega Sys., as reconstruction continued.

In Oct. 2947, upon the UEE’s announcement that control of desolate celestial bodies was going to be loosened, Servotran invested in some land claims. These claims became assets of HaulHaus when HaulHaus became a spin-off of Servotran in December 2947. Klaus J. Reger became CEO of HH and set up HQ in New Babbage, Stanton Sys.

2948 Servotran decides to sell off some of it’s stake in the new HaulHaus venture.

2949.07.16 Klaus Reger buys out 51% of Servotran’s ownership thus becoming the principle owner.

Although HH focuses on warehouse leasing to jump organizations outside of planet Earth, like its parent company, it too established its headquarters on the banks of the Rhine in Cologne.

In late 2947, executive Klaus J. Reger reads the news of the UEE’s decision to remove the red tape that made it almost impossible for small independent companies to operate facilities on celestial bodies deemed less than ideal for human & tevarin habitation. Before the end of next October, HH would be operating as a GmbH in the Stanton System.

2948.07.16: HaulHaus is formally established with the UEE as a corporation located in Koln, Germany, Sol Sys.

Area 18, ArcCorp, Stanton Sys. becomes the location of HH HQ. In later years.

29??: The corp. HQ is relocated to New Babbage, microtech as a satellite office in Moscow, Sol Sys is opened.

Klaus sets out to secure funds to purchase an Outland Mustang Alpha and in June 2948 he finds german Arno Bowman to be his business partner and help make HH a reality. After finding an investor four months later in Oct. 2948, the partnership had enough money secured to make the ship purchase. Shortly after, the HaulHaus partnership became a GmbH.

As of 2950, HaulHaus has no assets other than the Mustang Alpha. Currently, HH is conducting business in the Stanton Sys., but plans to purchase a hangar on planet Borea, in the Magnus Sys. Our corporate HQ will be located in Port Renatus, Mars, Sol System since it is central to the large jumppoint trail that stretches from Terra to Banshee.

October 23, 2950: Additional plans are being made to purchase an RSI Lynx and focus on surface resource extraction as a way to make “Uuies” (UEC) until it is understood that the concept of HaulHaus can and does become a reality. Continued surface resource extraction in a Lynx is expected after HaulHaus becomes a reality.
