Look, we’ve all been there. You’re jumped by pirates, clip some space debris, or maybe just got greedy with an asteroid.

Either way, you’re stuck.

That’s where we come in:
When you need a pick-up from the wreckage of misfortune, we’ll be there to pull you from the black and pick up the pieces.

History

The history of Izanashi Collections began in 2546 when Kato Izanashi, a member of the Greys, hoped to help rebuild his recently devastated homeworld of Idris IV (now known as Locke) and founded the humble salvaging company Izanashi Collections.

The company would be moderately successful until 2603, when the Second Tevarin War once again placed innocent lives in jeopardy. Tevarin decoy fleets invaded the Idris system, constantly attempting to draw the UEE Navy away from other star systems by attacking and harassing local ship traffic. As the military sprung into action to repel and track down the invaders, local companies like IC were left to clean up the shipwrecks (and corpses) of their fellow citizens.

It was during this time that Sagiri Izanashi, IC’s current CEO and daughter to the companies founder, began reaching out to local EMS, PMC retrieval teams, miners and even freelancer traders. Izanashi worked to unify their communications, shore up local supply chains, and increase the response times for saving her fellow citizens. For the next seven years they worked hand and hand with one another to ensure the safe retrieval not just of stranded pilots, but also their their cargo and the eventual recovery or reclamation of their ships. While the UEE fought to keep the system safe, Izanashi and her associates were always ready to pick up the pieces when the smoke settled. By the time the war ended in 2610, this loose coalition saw little need to go their own ways, and officially consolidated into the multipurpose organization known as Izanashi Collections & Emergency Response, or ICER.

The organization has since made a name for itself as a reliable and down to earth organization that is always willing to protect the systems it inhabits. It has since branched out of the Idris system, favoring a more free-form and loose organizational structure that harkens back to the days when it was run by little more than like-minded citizens. As such, ICER Agents can be found in many systems across the verse and are encouraged to adapt and expand as their local systems need fit.

So if you find yourself in need of an emergency pick up and need someone you can trust to keep what’s left of your ship out of the hands of pirates, you know who to call.
