Article I: Mission Statement

REX MILITARIS is a private military company (PMC) dedicated to providing elite military solutions in the Star Citizen universe. We aim to deliver strategic precision, unmatched discipline, and honor in every operation, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and respect.

Article II: Leadership and Structure

K1ngCole: Founder and Commander of REX MILITARIS. Responsible for strategic direction, high-level decision-making, and overall leadership of the organization.

Chain of Command: The organization follows a clear hierarchy, ranks of REX MILITARIS will be known for their demonstration of our values,we have designated officers overseeing Marketing, Recruitment and Promotion

Article III: Core Values

Honour: We operate with a code of honour, ensuring the safety of others both in and outside missions. We always answer a call for help.

Respect: We foster a culture of respect within the organization and towards external parties. We are professionals even when we kill.

Valour: We will intervene with those who seek to do harm whether pirates or griefers. We always answer a call for help.

Skill: We will help develop the organisations skills and help new members. We help each other become better. We practise PvP so that when it comes to fight we win.

Article IV: Recruitment and Membership

Eligibility: Applicants must meet the age requirement of 18 years and agree to abide by the organization’s rules and code of conduct.

Assessment: Recruits should undergo an assessment of character and skill when joining the organization.

Integrity: Members are encouraged to seek new recruits and we welcome new players. The member takes responsibility for assuring recruits share our values

Commitment: Members are expected to engage in the organisation and with other members

Loyalty: Loyalty to members of REX MILITARIS, and its leadership is unconditional.

Article V: Operations and Conduct

Roleplay: Role play is welcomed.

Communication: Microphones are not necessary but please engage in communications.

Teamwork: Teamwork and selflessness for the team are top priorities.

Chain of Command: In some circumstances it may be necessary for your colleagues to invoke rank. Some players may also role play. All members must respect the chain of command when it is invoked.

REX MILITARIS enforces a strict code of conduct that prohibits toxic behaviour, griefing, harassment, or discrimination.

Violations: Members who violate the code of conduct, manifesto, rules or fail to demonstrate our values may face disciplinary action.

Process: Disciplinary actions will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner, with members given an opportunity to respond to allegations.

Consequences: Depending on the severity of the violation, consequences may include warnings, suspension, demotion, dismissal or execution.
