Rank and Roles:

1. Neophyte (N):
Description: Newcomers or low-level associates with little experience, yet to prove their worth within the syndicate.

2. Specialized Operative (SO):
Description: Members with specialized skills and roles, contributing to the syndicate’s operations in unique ways.

3. Operations Coordinator (OC):
Description: Experienced members overseeing and coordinating day-to-day operations within their assigned areas of expertise.

4. Senior Supervisor (SS):
Description: Mid-level leaders responsible for managing specific sectors or teams, ensuring smooth operations and enforcing syndicate rules.

5. Council Advisor (CA):
Description: Seasoned members who have the councils ear in making syndicate decisions.

6. Council Member (CM):
Description: High-ranking roles providing strategic advice and support to higher-ups in the syndicate, often involved in critical decision-making processes.

Article I: Name and Purpose

Section 1: Name
The official name of this organization shall be the New Caledonian Group, hereinafter referred to as “the Group.”

Section 2: Purpose
The purpose of the Group is to create a vibrant and supportive community for gamers, with a special focus on welcoming and assisting new players. We aim to foster camaraderie, promote inclusivity, and provide guidance to enhance the gaming experience for all members.

Article II: Membership

Section 1: Eligibility
Membership in the Group is open to individuals who share our values and commitment to creating a positive gaming environment. There shall be no discrimination on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.

Section 2: Responsibilities
Members are encouraged to contribute to the friendly and cooperative atmosphere of the Group at their own pace. This includes actively participating in community events, respecting fellow members, and offering assistance to new players.

Section 3: Code of Conduct
All members shall adhere to a Code of Conduct that promotes respect, fairness, and good sportsmanship. Any behavior that goes against these principles may result in disciplinary action, including possible expulsion from the Group.

Article III: Leadership

Section 1: Leadership Structure
The Group shall have a leadership structure consisting of elected positions, including but not limited to a Council member, Recruiter, and other officers as deemed necessary.

Section 2: Elections
Leadership positions shall be filled through council elections held at as needed intervals. All members in good standing shall have the right to vote, and candidates must meet eligibility criteria defined in the Group’s bylaws.

Article IV: Activities and Events

Section 1: Regular Events
The Group shall organize and host regular events, both in-game and out-of-game, to foster community engagement and strengthen the bonds between members. This is a goal not an expectation.

Section 2: Learning Initiatives
To fulfill our commitment to helping new players, the Group shall organize learning initiatives, tutorials, and mentoring programs to assist members in mastering game controls and advancing their skills.

Article V: Amendments

This Charter may be amended by a two-thirds majority vote of the membership. Proposed amendments must be presented in writing, and all members shall be given reasonable notice and an opportunity to vote.

Article VI: Dissolution

In the event that the Group is dissolved, any remaining assets shall be distributed to those who contributed said assets.

Article VII: Ratification

This Charter shall be considered ratified upon approval by a two-thirds majority vote of the founding members.
