Born on the rugged frontier of the Magnus system, the New Caledonian Group traces its roots to a band of independent engineers, traders, and settlers seeking freedom from megacorporate oversight and the chains of structured society. The system’s harsh environment—lawless settlements, pirate raids, and untamed resources—shaped the group’s resilience and forged a culture of loyalty, resourcefulness, and frontier grit.
From the beginning, the founders carved out a niche as a tight-knit industrial collective, taking on construction, salvage, and small-scale resource ventures. Their first attempt to expand into Stanton, near Yela, ended violently: a bar brawl escalated into a bloody feud with local gangs, forcing the group to abandon the settlement and flee.
Hardened by this loss but undeterred, NCG migrated to the Nyx system, where the frontier’s danger mirrored their own outlaw ethos while offering space to rebuild and thrive. There, the group continued to develop its industrial operations, leveraging the lawless system for construction, salvage, and resource ventures. Every contract, shipment, or project is both a test of skill and a proving ground for loyalty—a rite of passage for those willing to live on the edge.
In Nyx, the New Caledonian Group is more than an organization—it’s a brotherhood of frontier artisans and rogues, a living embodiment of the human frontier: dangerous, independent, and unflinchingly loyal to one another.*

We are the New Caledonian Group—a brotherhood of engineers, traders, and frontier settlers forged on the harsh edges of human space. Born in the Magnus system, we learned early that survival favors the bold, the resourceful, and the loyal.
We do not bow to megacorps, bureaucracy, or law that does not protect us. Authority is earned, not given, and loyalty to the group comes above all else. Our first attempt to stake a claim near Yela ended in blood and fire, but we endured, migrated, and rebuilt in Nyx, stronger and more united than before.
Our creed is simple:
Loyalty to the group above all. Brothers and sisters before profit.
Risk is opportunity. Danger is our forge; the frontier our proving ground.
Independence is life. We carve our own path, building, salvaging, and shaping the lawless worlds we inhabit.
Ingenuity is our weapon. We thrive where others fail, using skill and cunning to turn chaos into advantage.

Our mission is to pursue construction, salvage, and resource ventures while maintaining loyalty, courage, and resourcefulness in every member. We operate on our own terms, valuing brotherhood, skill, and survival above all.

New Blood (N): New members learning the ropes and proving loyalty.
Runner (RN): Members with critical skills contributing to operations.

Senior Operative (SO): Mid-level leaders managing teams and enforcing group ethos.
Council Advisor (CA): Experienced members guiding leadership decisions.
Council Member (CM): Strategic leaders shaping the org’s direction and frontier operations.
Article I: Name and Purpose
Section 1: Name
The organization shall be known as the New Caledonian Group, hereafter referred to as “the Group.”
Section 2: Purpose
To create a self-reliant, industrial collective operating in frontier systems, where loyalty, courage, and skill govern all actions. We strive to thrive in lawless space, leveraging danger into opportunity while forging strong bonds between members.
Article II: Membership
Section 1: Eligibility
Open to those who embrace the frontier ethos, commit to loyalty and skill, and contribute to industrial, salvage, or resource operations.
Section 2: Responsibilities
Members uphold the group’s code of loyalty, skill, and resourcefulness, participating in missions, assisting fellow members, and maintaining the group’s survival and cohesion.
Section 3: Code of Conduct
All members shall act with loyalty, integrity, and courage. Disrespect, betrayal, or recklessness that endangers the collective will result in disciplinary action, up to expulsion.
Article III: Leadership
Section 1: Leadership Structure
Leadership is guided by the Founder, supported by Council Members and Advisors. Officers may be appointed to manage operations, logistics, and security.
Section 2: Decision-Making
Critical decisions are made by the Founder with Council consultation. Unity and loyalty to the collective remain paramount.
Article IV: Operations and Activities
Section 1: Industrial Operations
The Group engages in construction, salvage, and resource development, maintaining autonomy and forging a presence in frontier systems.
Section 2: Exploration and Frontier Missions
Members are encouraged to explore, identify opportunities, and navigate the dangers of the frontier, applying skill and resourcefulness to every venture.
Article V: Amendments
This charter may be amended by a two-thirds majority vote of the Council and founding members. Proposed amendments must be presented in writing with reasonable notice to all members.
Article VI: Dissolution
In the event of dissolution, remaining assets shall be distributed among contributing members, reflecting their participation and loyalty.
Article VII: Ratification
This Charter is ratified upon approval by the Founder and Council Members. All members pledge to uphold its principles, ensuring the New Caledonian Group remains a resilient, loyal, and self-reliant brotherhood on the frontier.
