New Terran Conglomerate Charter

1: Each member of New Terran Conglomerate [NEWTC] will be treated with a fair level of respect,“to understand we are equal partners in this coalition”.

2: Any Direct and indirect hostile actions against “New Terran Conglomerate” such as Pirating, Spying, Subversion, harassment, general fuckery or repeat greifing of members will be met with direct military force, hunted at the pleasure of members and added to the Coalition “Blacklist.”

All New Terran Conglomerate Organizations are under the collective protection of [NEWTC] and within a mutual defensive pact. Those who attack [NEWTC] will face a Full Combined Military and freelance/privateer response.

When attacked all member of the coalition are free to engage at will and are under no terms unless agreed before hand….to this end defensive actions are always justified for all members at any time against “any” hostile force/s. Members have the unrestricted right to kill, capture, airlock, or do as they see fit with any hostile combatant.

We do not tell you how to deal with those who attack you, only that on a combined hunt/war-party, “You keep what you kill” , however….shared kills have equal claim to the spoils.

3: Allies and friends of [NEWTC] may not be attacked at any time by Any Member of the coalition. Breaking this is a Immediate Removal or suspension of protection of those involved and you will be at the mercy of those you attacked until they are satisfied…..to this end : “If internal conflict drags on or is not settled within a week” the org’s/members will be issued a ultimatum. “Cease or be removed”

4: All Agreements and Diplomacy with the Coalition must be through the Official Discord and agreed to by all representatives. (No Back door Deals) Transparency is Key here and any Org found to be making side deals/meta to their advantage on behalf of the coalition will be expelled Immediately.

5: ALL members are encouraged to Join/ log into Discord and take part with other members when playing Star Citizen. “No need to fly lone wolf here.”

6: ANY Org/member found “with Undeniable proof” to be hacking the game [Aimbot/Godmode] ect, involved in exploits that in turn are effecting the community of starcitizen or involved in any malicious behavior will be dealt with immediately but proportionately to the action.

7: If an organization wishes to leave [NEWTC] Please Give a weeks advance notice and pull out orderly so the damage or disruption for other members is minimized. Thank you
