Knowledge. It’s what drives an advancing civilization. The free exchange of knowledge between like-minded individuals can be a powerful tool.

The League of Pathfinders is an association dedicated to the mutual advancement of all its members, with an emphasis on exploration and discovery. By employing novel and classic strategies of neutrality, stealth, advanced technology, efficiency, and trust among members, we are able accomplish far more than would otherwise be possible.

The benefits of such an association are simple but profound. All League intelligence is shared freely among Associate members. Members are encouraged to share their information with the Organization, however no one is compelled to share any data they desire to keep private. Thinking about exploring a particular sector? Check with the Org cartography to see if it’s already been thoroughly surveyed. Likewise, consider contributing your data after an expedition; even if you’ve only found more empty space, that information will save other members valuable time and resources. Have you made a discovery which you’re not interested in exploiting, or can’t take advantage of by yourself? Look to the League to share the resource or to seek trusted help!

The League of Pathfinders is based upon trust between members above all else, and upon neutrality with respect to other organizations. Members must honor all agreements with other members. No member of the League may engage in any action which would undermine another member. No member of the League may engage in action which would compromise the neutrality of the Organization.

Promotions are primarily based on the level of contribution a member has made to the League. Junior members may initially seek assignments from Associates in order to ensure productive contributions. All Associate members are free to use League intelligence and cartography for private and freelance use. In order to preserve neutrality, corporate, governmental, and syndicate use of League resources and intelligence is prohibited unless approved by a Master Associate. Members who acquire new data are encouraged, but not compelled, to contribute to the League for the benefit of other members. No man is an island… look to other members for help, and help other members when possible!
