I, KELOS COSTIGAN, the Duly elected and qualified Imperator of the UEE, do hereby certify that RED SHIFT FREIGHTING, did in 2944, file in this office the original Articles of incorporation: that said articles are now on file and of record in the office of HIGH SECRETARY of the UEE, and further, that said Articles contain all the provisions required by the law of said UEE Intergalactic laws and boundaries.

Rules

All employees must maintain a sense and purse of professionalism, and the assurance of positive relations with other players and companies. Common sense is highly encouraged, while maintaining game play experience while fitting into role play.

Employees are expected to meet company standards based on Admiral expectations, and preset guidelines of business. Employees found not following expected rules and general game play mechanics will be discharged, with no chance of re-employment. Employees are also expected to follow orders provided by either the admiral or his officers. Failure to abide by these rules will result in a discharge from the company.
