Our competitors recruit affiliate members that are contractors for the airline and make the new employee pay a certain amount of credits after every job until they rank up past Affiliate. We here at Sol Airlines do not think that is a great way for new employees to move up in the ranks. Here at Sol Airlines, you are a part of the team no matter what. We are constantly looking for new pilots and flight attendants and upon joining WILL NOT have to pay a fee as an affiliate. Instead, the pilot or flight attendant will get straight to work and will be paid by the job. Flight attendants might be discreet so we at Sol Airlines would like to explain it a little better. The flight attendant will be the captain’s secondhand a.k.a. copilot as they will manage COM’s, make sure the craft is up to date. While also attending to passengers and conducting regular checks on cargo if carried. A Flight attendant is very important for a successful flight here at Sol Airlines. When it comes to the ship the new employee is using, at this moment in time Sol Airlines is accepting every aircraft for transit and shipments. New employees can rent ships and contact the CEO for Reimbursement of renting aircraft, medical services, fuel, and etc. Here at Sol Airlines, you’re treated like family, not scum.
