Article I: Name and Purpose
Section 1: Name
The name of this organization shall be Static Ice Corporation, hereafter referred to as “the Corporation.”

Section 2: Purpose
The purpose of the Corporation is to create a vibrant and inclusive community of Star Citizen enthusiasts who focus on mining and engineering. Our primary objectives include fostering camaraderie, promoting collaboration, achieving excellence in gameplay, and collectively shaping the future of the Star Citizen universe.

Article II: Membership
Section 1: Eligibility
Membership is open to all individuals who share a passion for Star Citizen and align with the values and goals of Static Ice Corporation.

Section 2: Rights and Responsibilities
All members have the right to participate in Corporation activities, voice their opinions, and contribute to decision-making processes. Members are expected to uphold the principles of respect, integrity, and teamwork and actively engage in promoting a positive and inclusive environment within the Corporation.

Article III: Leadership and Governance
Section 1: Leadership Structure
The Corporation shall be led by a leadership team consisting of elected officers who oversee various aspects of the organization’s operations, including but not limited to administration, recruitment, event coordination, and community engagement.

Section 2: Governance
Decisions and policies shall be made through collaborative discussions among members. Major decisions may be subject to voting by the general membership, with a majority vote determining the outcome.

This Charter may be amended by a majority vote of the membership. Proposed amendments shall be communicated to members in advance, allowing sufficient time for review and discussion.

Article VII: Dissolution
In the event of dissolution, all remaining assets shall be distributed among charitable organizations as determined by the leadership team, ensuring that the spirit and objectives of the Corporation live on in some form.
