Transportation – Any being employed by Nibiru will adhere the following: *Hostile engagement is allowed for protection of self or protection of cargo. *When carrying cargo escape should be the primary motivation. *All command decisions shall be deferred to the mission commander. If none is designated then highest ranking Nibiru member shall assume command.
