Tesla Industries - Mining & Trade Collective / TESLAMTC

Tesla Mining & Trade Collective is named after Nikola Tesla, an ancient Serbian-American futurist (1856 – 1943).

He was an inventor, electrical engineer, mechanical engineer and physicist, and was best known for his contribution to technological advances in electronics. Inspired by the forward thinking of Tesla, a technology company ‘Tesla Motors’ was formed in the early 21st century. Tesla Motors, a rudimentary electric car company was merged with its sister company SpaceX in 2040 to form Tesla X.

Tesla X were one of the first human companies to develop space mining expertise and developed designs for landing systems and early mining techniques. After the death of its founder Elon Musk, the company was taken over by an interim CEO and after a series of poor decisions, equipment failures and an economic recession , the company was left on the brink of collapse.

Little is known of the details but the company was restructured by an anonymous benefactor who injected considerable personal capital into the company. He formed the company into a collective and moved away from a corporate model of profit making; to more of a distributive ideology. With a decentralised structure the Tesla Industries Collective flourished and allowed people of diverse backgrounds to synergize and create wealth in an environment dominated by corporate greed and top-down power structures.
