History

TRISOLAR had first establish it footing as a interstellar security and trade contractor for the planet Microtech in the year 2905. Once TRISOLAR was recognized it made its home on the orbiting port of Tressler conducting security contracts and helping with personnel trade. In 2910, a group of investors took the company public and began to expand their sphere of influence onto other planets. It wasn’t until 2920 that they expanded to the space station named “Port Olisar” which served as the port for the inner obiting gas giant known as Crusader. The company’s stock rose significantly after they acquired the complete rights to operate on the orbital station in 2935.

With an increase in business came an increase in employees. Over a thousand people worked at Port Olisar at any given time including security forces, administrative staff, and civilian contractors from all over the system. In 2950, a small band of pirates were able to infiltrate the TRISOLAR’s main control center on Port Tressler and destroyed several systems that maintained their communication arrays. With the destruction of most of these systems, there was no way to alert their trade ships in the system that they were under attack by pirates. Without warning their entire fleet was destroyed.

The remaining board members of TRISOLAR were questioned on what happened during this incident but none had any idea why someone would do such a thing. After they were questioned, it was discovered that the pirates had been hired by another major company, REDACTED, who wished to gain access to a large amount of assets and information belonging to TRISOLAR. A few days later the current company’s CEO, Travaal Trisolar , disappeared without any explanation.

After several months of searching for their missing CEO, TRISOLAR gave up hope that he was still alive. After the loss of their CEO, investors started to pull their holdings out of the company. During the following years, TRISOLAR continued to lose funding as their contracts fell apart. The company lost the majority of its value and was forced to sell off majority of their real estate and ships in order to pay back their debts. Sadly this would Include their operating station on Port Olisar.

In 2952, a new CEO was appointed to TRISOLAR. Her name was REDACTED, aka Hapy, and her sole purpose was to bring the company out of it’s financial ruin. She’s doing everything within her power to make sure that TRISOLAR would be profitable again. To this day she is trying her best to bring back the company back from it former glory. As the slogan goes, “Thing go better with TRISOLAR .”

Manifesto

TRISOLAR views every opportunity with open hands. Our goal is to make the market more safe and easily accessible to the everyday citizen. Whether that’s protecting a client’s property/information or helping a client trade go as smoothly as possible by getting their property from point A to point B. TRISOLAR is always accepting new contracts big an small.

GENERAL RULES NOTE: It will be assumed you agree to all that is listed below once we receive your application

•When one of our staff accepts a client’s contact they must share said contract with any other staff that are accompanying them. They are not obligated to share our client’s contract with other staff if they are working on the contract alone.

•Once a applicant is hired on to become staff that are obligated to move there residents to the companies main headquarters, Port Tressler.

•To insure a healthy work environment within the company our staff must disclose any information about any active contract they are currently working on with other staff only.

Non-Disclosure Agreement NOTE: It will be assumed you agree to all that is listed below once we receive your application

1. Definition of Confidential Information. For purposes of this Agreement, “Confidential Information” shall include all information or material that has or could have commercial value or other utility in the business in which Disclosing Party is engaged. If Confidential Information is transmitted orally, the Disclosing Party shall promptly provide verbal confirmation indicating that such oral communication constituted Confidential Information.

2. Exclusions from Confidential Information. Receiving Party’s obligations under this Agreement do not extend to information that is: (a) publicly known at the time of disclosure or subsequently becomes publicly known through no fault of the Receiving Party; (b) discovered or created by the Receiving Party before disclosure by Disclosing Party; © learned by the Receiving Party through legitimate means other than from the Disclosing Party or Disclosing Party’s representatives; or (d) is disclosed by Receiving Party with Disclosing Party’s prior approval.

3. Obligations of Receiving Party. Receiving Party shall hold and maintain the Confidential Information in strictest confidence for the sole and exclusive benefit of the Disclosing Party. Receiving Party shall carefully restrict access to Confidential Information to third parties as is reasonably required in this Agreement.

4. Time Periods. The nondisclosure provisions of this Agreement shall survive the termination of this Agreement and Receiving Party’s duty to hold Confidential Information in confidence shall remain in effect until the Confidential Information no longer qualifies as a trade secret or until Disclosing Party sends Receiving Party notice releasing Receiving Party from this Agreement, whichever occurs first.
