The unexplored galaxy is out there waiting for us to harvest.

We want to recruit pilots from all skill sets primarily Explorers, Miners and Engineers.

However this is flexible day to day as we may need fighter escorts to act as a deterrent and protect our explorers who go out and find resources and strange new artifacts.

UltraTech doesn’t stop at the three primary needs, as with any organisation thats wants to grow we will always need info runners and haulers, basically we want to employ pilots that want to fill a role and be professional and passionate about it.

Trade opportunities and technological advancements are going to be the key to our success.

Together we will shake the gates of hell and come back on top, this will only be accomplished by working as a team and creating the best modules for our ships that nobody else has.

# Career opportunities: Our Corp is new and we have positions to fill and titles to permit. We believe that being in control of a specific role will spread the workload when organising missions.

1. Human resources: By recruiting new members to the Corporation it will allow you to become leader of a sub division. You may want to become head of exploration or of fighter escorts. This will create subdivisions that you will control. We might have found a resource in a hostile area . So after the board meeting we would set a time and each head of division would organise their groups for a particular mission. This gives everybody a responsibility towards a successful mission.

1. Management: Those members with the most influence will be put in charge of Corporation operations and manage our assets, divisions or capital ships. By earning yourself and the Corporation credits you enable us to buy new ships for recently promoted members or new assets for our numerous operations.
