Hello, everyone!
Last week, we celebrated St. Patrick’s Day with a Limerick contest that asked you to put your luckiest Star Citizen gaming moment in a rhyming five-liner. Over 600 of you answered the call and submitted entries on Spectrum! I’d like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who tried their best and put their poetic skills to the test. The Community Team is currently going through the submissions and will announce the winners very soon!
And as you’ve probably heard by now, we started testing the upcoming Alpha 3.9 patch release with our Evocati Test Flight group. This small group of technically minded testers is currently hammering away at early versions of the build and reporting bugs and feedback so we can open up access to more and more players. Scroll down to the Weekly Wisdom section to find out more about PTU waves and join us in thanking all Avocados for their service! o7
Now, let’s see what’s going on this week:
On Tuesday, the Narrative Team will treat us to the third part of Serialized Fiction: Instrument of Surrender.
On Wednesday, we’ll announce the winners of our St. Patrick’s Day limerick contest. Also, we’ll release the monthly infographic, this time taking a closer look at how missions are played throughout the ‘verse. (UPDATE: The infographic will be published on Friday instead of Wednesday – the schedule has been updated below to reflect this change.)
We’re in for the last episode of Inside Star Citizen on Thursday before the show goes on its quarterly three-week hiatus. This time, we’ll be taking a look at the upcoming weapon attachment UI and finally touring the new microTech landing zone, New Babbage!
Friday brings a Roadmap update and the RSI Newsletter will be delivered right to your inbox. This week also marks the return of Calling All Devs to its regular format after our special SQ42 episode, with your questions posed directly to our developers. Tune in on our YouTube channel on Friday to find out what’s discussed. Our Subscribers can also look forward to the March Issue of the Jump Point magazine.
See you in the ‘verse!
